We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Digital Transformation Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in helping the company embrace and optimize our Odoo ERP system, ensuring employees and departments are using the system effectively, and communicating any issues to our ERP development team. The ideal candidate will also identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through digital tools, technology, and automation.


Job Description

  • Assist in the adoption and optimization of the Odoo ERP system across the company.

    Ensure employees and departments are using the ERP system properly and efficiently.

    Communicate problems or issues with the ERP system to the development team.

    Oversee and project manage the developers in fixing issues or implementing feature requests.

    Identify and implement digital tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

    Analyze current processes and recommend automation solutions.

    Provide training and support to employees on the use of digital tools and the ERP system.

    Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives.

    Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and challenges.

    Stay updated on the latest digital transformation trends and technologies

            Key Qualifications

              • Proven experience in digital transformation or a related field. 

              • Excellent written and oral English skills

              • Familiarity with telecom networks and IT services.

              • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

              •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
