Administrative Content Representative

Job Description

 Data Management: Accurate and organized management of client data and interactions in our CRM system. Contract management including overseeing upcoming client renewal dates.

  Content Writing: Writing and maintaining content for our website and social platforms, with a focus on using industry specific terms and topics.

  Account Management Collaborator: Managing and maintaining customer accounts, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Identifying customers that are good targets for current inside sales initiatives and promotions.

  Team Collaboration: Working closely with peers and other teams to achieve common goals.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Proficiency in data management and organization
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with peers and cross-functional teams
  •  Proficiency in time management, scheduling, and resource allocation. 
  •  Must be reliable and dependable, self-motivated and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
