T-1 Voice Services

CyberNet PRI T-1 is a dedicated digital circuit that is divided into 23 digital voice channels referred to as B channels and one data channel referred to as a D Channel. This design allows for inbound caller ID and B&B trunk transfer which are not offered on a standard SuperTrunk. You can enjoy the benefits of DID and hunting as you would on a standard SuperTrunk however, the B&B trunk transfer, available only with the PRI, allows you to transfer the call to an offsite location and the system will drop the call off of a T-1 allowing that channel to be used by another incoming or outgoing call. CyberNet PRIs are offered with custom protocol or a standard national 2 protocol.

CyberNet Supertrunk T-1 is a dedicated full circuit that is divided into 24 digital channels or 24 loop-start lines depending on the capability of your PBX. A Supertrunk is able to support DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing Feature). This feature gives you the flexibility of assigning specific virtual numbers to your employees’ extensions. These extensions can be reached by outside callers without having to go through an operator or a call attendant system. SuperTrunk features include: forward circular hunting, three-way calling, and call transfer. 12 channel SuperTrunks are also available.

CyberNet Integrated T-1 is a dedicated circuit that can provide trunks, lines and internet access services depending on your needs. Integrated T-1s can be designed to your specification. For instance, your phone system has a T-1 card, but not an analog card, and you require a minimum of 10 voice lines, 6 faxes and modems, and a 512k internet data connection. CyberNet would be able to handle all of your requirements with a single integrated T-1. We would give you a 10-channel trunk to be connected to your PBX, 6 loop start lines for your faxes and modems and a 512k internet connection to your server. CyberNet Integrated T-1s offer you and your company the flexibility of designing your telecommunication network at a reasonable cost.

CyberNet Toll-free Services are available both through a dedicated access where the toll free terminates on a T-1 circuit or switched access where it is pointed to a specific telephone number. The toll free number allows your customers or employees to reach your company without being charged. Special routing can be established so that the toll free can be restricted from a specific area code, state or international destinations. Toll free service offers your customers the freedom to reach your company from anywhere in the U.S. or abroad with no cost to them.

CyberNet Conference Calling is the easiest way to hold a meeting with multiple individuals in remote locations. CyberNet’s Conference Call can be set up by having the participants call a toll free or a regular number and enter their code. You as the chair of the conference can control the call.
