Call Hold
- This feature allows you to put a call on hold while answering a second incoming call (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Call Return
- This feature automatically redials the last number that called you provided they are out of the same switch location (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Automatic Redial
- This feature automatically redials a busy number every 30 seconds for 30 minutes. Once the other side is free, the system will call you back with a specific ring tone and will automatically connect you (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Conference Calling
- This feature allows you to bring in a third party into an active call.
Call Forwarding Variable
- This feature allows you to program your telephone to forward the call to any number you chose (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Call Forwarding Remote Access
- This feature allows you to program your telephone to forward the call to any number you chose from a remote location by dialing a toll free number and using a PIN number (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Busy/No Answer Call Forwarding
- This feature will automatically transfer the call to another number while the phone is in use or after a specific number of rings (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Outbound Caller ID
- Caller ID displays the number of an outgoing call.
Inbound Caller ID
- Caller ID displays the number of the incoming caller before you answer or while you are on an active call (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Inbound Caller ID Name & Number
- (available on PRI and loop start lines) – Caller ID displays the name and number of the incoming caller before you answer or while you are on an active call (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Call Privacy
- Allows your number to be blocked on a Caller ID box (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Foreign Exchange Service
- Telephone numbers from a different area code can be pointed to the SuperTrunk. 911 disclaimer form will have to be signed by the customer.
Direct Trunk Overflow
- This feature automatically forwards calls to a specific number if all the members of the trunk are busy or if the trunk group is out of service.
Speed-Dialing (8 -30)
- Allows you to store frequently called numbers and assign a one digit code using 2 through 8 (for speed-dial 8) and a two digit code 20 through 49 (for speed-dial 30)
2-way Forward Hunt
- This feature will hunt the trunks in numeric ascending order
2-way Backward Hunt
- This feature will hunt the trunks in numeric descending order.
Selective Call Rejection
- This feature will screen inbound calls utilizing a screening list obtained from you. The caller will receive a recording that states that you are not accepting calls from that number (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
B&B Trunk Transfer
- This feature allows you to transfer a call from the PRI to another end user, connect the two parties and release the two PRI channels (available only on an Integrated PRI T-1)
Regular Hunt
- This type of hunt will begin with the number called and will continue sequentially through the last terminal number (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Circular Hunt
- This type of hunt will begin with the number called and will continue sequentially through the last terminal number and back to the top in a circular manner (available only on T-1s with Loop Start Lines).
Account Codes for Long Distance
- This feature will accept any code of the appropriate length to process a long distance call. Account Codes can be used for both switched and dedicated access and may vary in length between 2 and 15 digits. Account Codes can be used to track phone usage for specific projects or applications.
Security Codes for Long Distance
- This feature will accept only a pre-assigned secured code to process a long distance call. Security Codes can be used for both switched and dedicated access and may vary in length between 2 and 15 digits.
