If during the term of the agreements, the customer is not completely satisfied with CyberNet’s network quality, sales support and/or customer service support, the customer should notify CyberNet Communications in writing. If CyberNet Communications cannot resolve the problem to the customers’ satisfaction within 15 days of receipt of the notice, the customer reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a 30 days notice.
